Enterprises Going Wireless

A new study shows that many companies are planning on implementing wireless applications to allow workers to access corporate data from anywhere. The interesting thing, though, is that the motivator for many of these decisions is coming from the workers who are showing up with their mobile devices on their own asking for access. Though, to be honest, while that might cause a headache for IT departments, it would make it more likely that employees will actually use the applications – than if companies forced a top down solution.
