Networks Drop Part Of Suit Against Replay

TV Networks have narrowed (just a bit) their case against ReplayTV. They’ve removed one device from the lawsuit, because it doesn’t allow for cutting out commercials. This suggests that maybe some network lawyers are starting to realize they’ve bitten off more than they can chew. Let’s see if they ever realize how silly most of the rest of their case is.
