What People Want Their Mobile Phones To Do

from the wouldn't-it-be-nice...? dept

Wouldn’t it be nice if your mobile phone could tell you how many calories the food you were eating had? Well, I don’t think so, but apparently some people do. That’s according to a study of what people want their mobile phones to do. Other ideas were to add a flip out mirror (for makeup), a fire alarm, a wind/air pressure checker, and a flashlight. Maybe National Semiconductor should take these into account for their new Geode Origami Mobile Communicator which they are publicizing as a device that “does everything”.
