Exodus Looking For An Angel?

Exodus, a company that was once worth many billions of dollars says they’re now looking for a buyer (which we knew) or an angel investor. Maybe they have a different definition of an angel investor than most people do, but I don’t quite see how any angel investor is going to save that company.
