Managing Through The Middle

Business 2.0 has an article about how in the middle of a project it always looks like the project is going to fail. The article explains why this happens and some ways to avoid making sure that the project really does fail. A useful reminder for anyone in the middle of a project that seems doomed to failure. Of course, the article never says how to figure out in the middle if the project really is doomed to failure, but I guess that’s for other people to figure out.
