Online Shopping Still Sucks

A new study shows that, in many cases, shopping online still sucks. Many items never get delivered (though you may still get billed for them). Retailers are very bad about crediting customers for returned items. Best of all, many retailers don’t comply with local laws, and often don’t even tell you exactly how much your bill will be. It’s good to see that online retailers basically have done next to nothing to improve their services over the past two years.
