An interesting article in the NY Times (who still requires a registration) about the website (and those behind it) of the Navy ship that the writer’s son served on. It’s a good look at how the Navy is trying to use the web to improve morale of folks stationed on ships, as well as to communicate better with family and friends back home. I was surprised that they post a note each day saying where the ship is, but I guess they’re not too exact about it.
