Getting Vitamins From Your Clothes

from the it's-clothing-day-today-on-techdirt dept

First we have an article about pants for geeks, and now we have the perfect t-shirt to go with it. Here’s a story about a t-shirt that will supply the wearer with their daily dose of vitamin C just by wearing it. Apparently, the dosing will work for about 30 washes of the shirt. The company is also working on figuring out ways to deliver other medical products through the skin (and also on vitamin C delivering underwear). Think about the future possiblities for such things. You can deliver all sorts of drugs via clothing. Imagine prescription t-shirts and stories of people overdosing by wearing the wrong tie.
