A NY Times (free registration is still required) article about people who might actually be ditching AOL as their ISP of choice. With the recent price increase, other ISPs are targeting AOLers with special promotions to get them to jump ship. A few are biting. It sounds like most people on AOL aren’t huge fans of the service, but are too comfortable to leave.
