NetMogul
from the Carl-Steadman-having-fun dept
I’ve been a huge fan of Carl Steadman for a long time, though I haven’t seen much by him in a while. Even when the whole internet craze was at it’s most absurd, Carl could put everything in perspective by being just as absurd back. A venture capitalist I know, who also knows Carl, once said that Carl was smarter when he was drunk than almost anyone he knew sober. That’s pretty impressive. Anyway, for the past five years, on and off, he’s apparently been working on a book called NetMogul. It’s now available in alpha form online. Once you get past the nearly impossible to read font size, it’s pretty damn good. It’s everything you need to know about how to become a NetMogul in his usual biting sarcasm. Apparently, the color scheme also depends on the Nasdaq. Red when it’s down, green when it’s up. The FAQ has some more details.
