Censorship High
from the fighting-back dept
A good article by a high school senior explaining how he created a bypass to a censorship system his school district installed. While some teachers and administrators were supportive, others flipped out – and threatened him with all sorts of punishment. I’ve never quite understood why people think censorship does anything useful. The kid who wrote this article didn’t hack into any system, and didn’t really do anything wrong. Ignorant, paranoid administrators flipped out, because they don’t know any better. It’s funny how it’s the ignorant who are calling for more censorship.

Way to go kid
Kids like that are the future of this country, censorship in schools is a very very silly thing.
