iWon, the portal that bribes users to come to it on a regular basis has discovered the flaw in their business model. While other portals are struggling just to get by with cuts in advertising revenue, iWon still needs to pay out cash to visitors. So they’ve “restructured” their cash payout levels to be more “flexible”. What that probably means is, “damn, we’re running out of cash quickly”.
