Little Guy Suing Microsoft

I get the feeling that lots of Microsoft haters are going to love this one. Some guy was having trouble with his MSN connection and sued Microsoft in small claims court and won $90 from them. Of course, this is simply the cost of one month of MSN service plus the fee he paid to file the claim, but it certainly sounds good. Now every Slashdot reading wannabe who happens to get a blue screen of death on their MS box (because they never really figured out that Linux thing) are going to sue them in small claims court. Though, this might be a little added incentive for Microsoft to become a bit more stable.
