Tech Firms Thinking About Going Private

With tech firms facing delisting, some are thinking of taking the company private in order to avoid all the problems of having to release quarterly financial reports. Of course, this isn’t easy, and usually requires a lot of cash that these companies don’t have. There is the leveraged buy out option, but those tend to end badly.
