Venture Capitalists Suing Philip Greenspun

If you haven’t been following the discussion over at Slashdot about the Ars Digita/Philip Greenspun/Venture Capitalist lawsuit, here’s a summary from the Boston Globe. Basically, Greenspun is trying to take back control of the company. He lost control when he took venture capital money. It seems the VCs are on the right side of the law here, and Greenspun should have read any number of articles/books out there about what happens when you take venture capital money.
