Nasty Dot Com CEO – Board Fight

Here’s a somewhat amusing article about the fighting going on between the ousted CEO of VirtualFund.com and its board. The Board is claiming that the CEO didn’t follow its instructions and used company funds for personal use (including a home arrest monitoring system and flying lessons). The CEO, in turn, is claiming that the Board wanted to turn his idea of a B2B exchange into a porn site. This is why you should hire both Board members and your CEO very carefully.
