Free Speech Impeded Online

A look at a recent legal decision that may start to set a precedent in when a company can sue an anonymous online poster. It would definitley be a good thing to have a set of rules, but I still think they tend to go too far. Anyone who believes stuff that’s written in online message boards is taking a huge risk no matter what.
