Layoffs Suck – But Is There Anything You Can Do?

Just like good Americans, many laid off dot com workers are looking into legal options they have against their former employers. Many are simply pissed off at the way the layoffs were handled – or the fact that the company hid the fact that they were in financial trouble until people were being shown the door. In most cases, it sounds as though there is no case for many former employees, but that doesn’t mean that companies can’t learn how to better handle layoffs.
