Rules For Managing In The Downturn

Fortune has come out with a list of thirteen moves your company should make to deal with the downturn. Most of them are pretty obvious, but the list could act as a good reminder of some fundamentally good business practices. Of course, whether or not you can actually do any of these is another story. It’s nice of them to tell you to keep hiring and at the same time to move your breakeven point closer – but those two things can certainly conflict.
