Even in spite of fears about the economy Sony’s newest version of the toy dog, Aibo has received orders for 40,000 models, pretty exceptional(especially at the current price of $1,300). If you do the mathematics you’ll see that Sony’s robotics division is going to have a nice stocking filler for the holidays.
