Police Fence Stolen Goods Online

from the I-knew-the-web-was-good-for-something dept

Apparently, police in the UK are working with eBay to create online police auctions to sell off their bounty of “seized” items. Police auctions have always been a popular way to get cheap items (though you never know what you might find when you get them). I don’t see anything wrong with them taking the process online. I just wonder if they’ll let people in prison have access to the auctions as well. Let them buy their own stuff back from the police.
