Honda Rolls Out Robot

Honda today introduced a new robot called the Asimo. I saw it on TV earlier and it basically looks like a really simplified version of Robin Williams in that cheesy robot movie. It walks around and can be controlled by a remote control. I think that Honda should team with Sony so that the Asimo can take the Aibo robot dog for a walk. Update: Well, that didn’t take long. Only a few hours after the Honda announcement, Sony has announced a human-like robot of their own.
