More UK Folks Online – But Surfing Across The Pond

from the hey,-build-you're-own-damn-sites dept

Despite our recent discussion on whether or not Great Britain lags the US in the new economy, it seems that more and more folks on that side of the ocean are logging on. Of course, once they do that, they tend to surf American sites.

That’s great that more people are logging on but the study supports my view, internet adoption is lagging with 1/5 of the population using the internet at home from september, that is hardly what I’d call trailblazing.

Again I have to state that this isn’t the peoples fault it is the fault of the goverment for not providing a strong telco industry regulator and also BT’s for refusing to allow unmetered access.
