Online Shoppers Prefer The Real World

from the bye-internet-sales dept

A new study has found that people like to research products online, but then go buy them in real stores. I can definitely see why, though I think it depends on the product. For instance, I like going into bookstores and writing down a bunch of interesting books that I see. Then I’ll go online afterwards, research them, and buy them. They’re usually cheaper online. Of course, the going into stores part is still useful for me, because I find the “browsing interface” much better in real stores, than online.
