One side effect of all these failing dot coms is that conference organizers are losing speakers rapidly. Many conferences book their speakers up to nine months before the conference. A lot can happen in nine months, apparently. Hey, if anyone wants a “Techdirt Representative” to speak at their conference, I promise to still be here in nine months.
