Robots Not So Slow On The Uptake

from the you-know-I-love-them dept

Yep, it?s a study of the latest robot buying trends and of course they’re up. Not only that, but a higher rate of adoption in the home is predicted, starting with robotic mowers and vacuum cleaners. I believe that adoption rates will increase even faster than indicated in the study. There?s currently a lot of consumer interest in robots (yes, partially because of Aibo, but also due to Mindstorm) that should spur more robotic consumer offerings. Are we finally getting close to integrating robotics into our homes?
