Floating Space IPO's

The company running the Mir station is planning an IPO, the intention seems to be to prevent the Russian government from pulling it out of orbit but to be totally honest this seems worse than pre-correction dot com IPO’s. Mir is far from being profitable and it doesn?t seem like it ever will be, anyone thinking of investing?
