Aibo, Sony’s electronic pet, can now recognise objects and name them. I’m impressed with these new developments (even though I know it’s bound to be released to hype up Aibo’s introduction to the mass market). I’m surprised we haven’t seen any hackers playing around with Aibo and improving its AI. That’ll probably come when the price drops, even though my COO goes nuts every time I mention Aibo (he has to get one and I’m not going to buy him one, ha!).
