Priceline Troubles

Lots of interesting news coming out about Priceline these days. The stock has been dropping as CBS showed a highly critical report on the company. Apparently, there have been a ton of customer service complaints. So many, in fact, that Priceline has been kicked out of the Better Business Bureau. Also, interesting to note is the fact that Priceline’s pitchman, William Shatner, doesn’t actually use the service at all, since he flies first class.
