Chinese Army Bans Cell Phones

Apparently, the Chinese government is concerned that too many army recruits are using cell phones. Parents give their children cell phones as they are drafted into the army in order to better stay in touch, but it’s causing lots of problems. The army is afraid that secrets are being revealed. They also are experiencing the typical problem everyone has with cell phones: ringing at inappropriate times.
