PlanetRx Leaves Silicon Valley for Tennessee?

Stuggling online pharmacy PlanetRx has decided to move its headquarters from Silicon Valley to Memphis Tennessee. Seems like a drastic cost cutting move. Of course, part of this will be the layoffs, but I do wonder how much of the staff (even those they want to keep) will be moving with the company.
