NYSE Website Goes Down During Decimal Pricing

As the NYSE started experimenting with decimal pricing, their website went down for two hours. I know a lot of people have been working very hard on the conversion, and the NYSE claims that it had nothing to do with the site being down. It just seems like too big a coincidence, though.
