Kozmo and UrbanFetch to Merge?

Take two poorly performing, difficult to scale, internet companies and combine them and what do you get? Probably not very much. However, Kozmo and Urbanfetch are apparently in talks to merge. This is pretty interesting considering the two companies have sued each other in the past. The CEO of Urbanfetch was an investor before starting the company and heard Kozmo’s pitch. Not surprisingly, the people at Kozmo were less than happy to hear that he left his investing job to start an exact replica of Kozmo.
