E-Commerce Sucks

Here’s a study that basically says most e-commerce sites are terrible at what they do. This is not very encouraging. It also points out that having a good e-commerce site tends not to be a sign of a good business, as they had ranked sites such as Boo.com to have a very good shopping experience in the past… and we all know what happened there.
