So, after a bunch of delays and random other problems Chicago based incubator, Divine Interventures finally went public yesterday with a mixed reception. It’s up a little bit today, but here’s a great column that was written before the IPO pointing out the numerous conflicts of interest expressed in its own filing. Of course, the fact is every IPO filing will tell you every reason not to invest in the company, so you could write a similar column after reading any red herring. This one, though, has some exceptionally crazy warning signs though. The Board of Directors has 44 members? Um…
