The New Interviewing Process

from the funny-stuff dept

I’ve read similar articles to this one over the past three years, so I don’t think it’s anything new. However, it is fun to read about changing attitudes towards the job interview. While some of the HR people do have a valid point about how unprepared many candidates are, I do think it may have been a little too far the other way originally. Questions about quality of life issues are important and should be discussed early. As an employer you’re expecting this person to spend a significant amount of time working for the company, and it is their life you’re talking about.
