Seth Warshavsky Being Investigated

Apparently, IEG’s Seth Warshavsky is being investigated. If you don’t know, IEG is probably the biggest “adult” entertainment companies online, and Warshavsky is fairly well known for his publicity getting plans. Apparently, they’re being investigated for credit card fraud and tax evasion. I have no idea whether or not it’s true, but there have been claims in the past concerning how IEG played with their numbers when they filed to go public. I also think Warshavsky will simply use this as a way to get more publicity. Maybe we should get Techdirt investigated for credit card fraud to gain some publicity…
