A Look at TRIZ

from the invent-better dept

Okay, I’ll admit that I’ve never heard of TRIZ before, but apparently it’s a methodology for solving problems that is winning incredible reviews. The article above goes into the history of TRIZ as well, and makes it sound fairly interesting. I’m planning on reading up on it some more when I have the time. If anyone has any experiences with it, feel free to share.

Re: TRIZ = Dyanetics?

TRIZ is a collection of empirical observations and heuristics that were developed in order to innovatively solve problems. Try http://www.triz-journal.com as a source for TRIZ material.

Dianetics is about eliminating the “reactive mind” and the use of past negative experiences to burden you.

You were close though….
