Voting Electronically

from the good-ideas-going-nowhere dept

Wired takes a look at the electronic voting world and finds out it isn’t pretty. There are a large number of companies competing to stake a claim in this space, but it’s not clear that any of them are any good. The Democratic primary in Arizona tried electronic voting, but there were a lot of problems. Alaska had a Republican straw poll online but only 35 voters used it (though the company who ran that one claims this makes them the “leader in the field”!!).
