AOL Accidentally Blocks Topica Email

from the too-much-blocking dept

AOL, in an attempt to be more stringent about stopping spam, started accidentally blocking legitimate emails from Topica which is a mailing list hosting company (similar to eGroups). I’m glad that AOL is trying to block out more spam, but perhaps they should look into creating a system more like SpamCop’s where it doesn’t bounce the spam mail, but rather stores it, and let’s you decide whether to report it, or allow it to come through.
