If you happen to live in the SF Bay Area and pay attention to these things, you’ve definitely noticed that there are five or six dot com parties every night. Salon looks at this trend and repeatedly tries to point out that these parties are mainly made up of freeloaders, and really don’t do much to build brand. Most people respond by saying: “Shut up, let’s party”.
