Napster Supporter Switches Sides

One of the guys who pressured universities to cancelling bans on Napster now seems to be coming out against the company. The question is whether or not he is raising valuable points, or if he’s just pissed off at the company in general. I do think he does raise some important issues, and is unfairly being trashed by Napster supporters, but it’s unclear what his motivation is. If anything, though, I think this whole thing is still being blown way out of proportion.
