Kleiner Perkins to Host Websites?

A new wholly owned subsidiary of uber-venture capitalist Kleiner Perkins is in the web hosting business. I can see them investing in one, such as Loudcloud, but I’m surprised that they’ve taken one on as a wholly owned subsidiary. It has me wondering just what they’re up to.
