Time Warner Execs May Jump Ship

Due to an odd vesting provision at Time Warner, many execs had their options vest as soon as the deal with AOL was announced. Thus, they don’t even have to wait for the merger to close before cashing out. This means that a number of high level Time Warner folks could just leave. Now. That could certainly cause some problems for AOL.
