CD Copy Protection Scheme Fails
from the try-try-again dept
Apparently, BMG Germany has been testing out a new CD technology that is supposed to prevent copying. Instead, in many cases, it seems to have prevented listening altogether. When are the music companies going to learn that all this effort they keep putting into copy protection plans is a complete waste?
