Online shopping misses the mark

This isn’t good news for online sellers. Toysrus.com has notified an undisclosed number of customers that the orders they placed prior to December 10th won’t be arriving in time for Christmas. That makes no sense at all. Basically, the people that did it right by ordering early are getting screwed and ecommerce gets yet another black eye due to operational failure.
