Since Backflip launched last week I’ve seen a ton of hype about them and don’t understand any of it. Here’s an article that finally suggests this is really just a nice feature and not an actual business. Too many companies these days are simply that: nice features. And, add to that a team that worked at some hot startup in the past, and the hype machine goes into overdrive.
