Not Really Unlimited ISP

from the that's-not-what-we-meant dept

I’m a bit surprised that customers aren’t more upset by the latest move from InfiNet. Apparently, this ISP has decided that it’s “unlimited” service for $20 a month, isn’t really unlimited and is going to kick people off the service who use it too much. This is a huge mistake for a variety of reasons. If they didn’t want people using the service that much, why did they create an unlimited plan in the first place? It’s pretty silly to go back later and kick people off the service. All it’s going to do is give them a bad reputation.
