Webhelp.com, not so helpful

from the I-want-to-know-a-little-more-about dept

Today, I was looking for more information on a topic, “strategic business planning” and decided to try webhelp.com, claims to have live trained specialists to help you find what you need (as mentioned in Forbes). Unfortunately, it turned out that these ‘specialists’ could only manage to search about as successfully as there electronic rivals (search engines). After spending about 10 minutes waiting for a specialist I spent about another 10 surfing through the terrible links that he gave me (the only similarities were those only a search engine could mistake for being similar). I’m afraid that so far Webhelp.com, is a real no help.
