Ericsson introduced phone add-on modules this week at Comdex. The most interesting one is an MP3 module. Now you don’t have to carry a Rio and a phone, just an Ericsson phone with the MP3 module. Whew! I know I’ll sleep better now. Someone was going to do this, it was inevitable. Ericsson seems to be trying to gain market share by going after young trendsetters. Recenty they also introduced the Chatboard, a tiny keyboard for their phones that makes it easier to send SMS and email messages.
